FAQ

We offer two field trips: educational and non educational.

Our trips are designed for students aged preschool through elementary. We work to differentiate by age groups and understanding.

Our educational field trip is approx 2 hours and our non-educatinal is approx 1.5 hours.

We offer field trips the last week of September until Oct 31st.

You can start our scheduling process here or by emailing us directly at info@unangsttreefarms.com

We book schools with groups ranging from 15-400 students. If your group is smaller than 15 reach out to us directly.

On our educational field trip: The Discovery Trail takes students on the journey of food from farm to table (lunchbox) and includes a mini lesson in our outdoor classroom that focuses on pumpkin life cycles and pollinators. Meet and feed our farm animals covers farm life and lifecycles. Our staff is knowledgeable in environmental stewardship and more.

Reach out if you would like a topic included that you don’t see here.

Students should wear sneakers or boots (closed toe shoes) and bring along a light jacket. The hayride can get breezy on a cool morning!

We even include a parent newsletter reminder sheet in your field trip two-week reminder email.

By default, this panel is concealed and appears when the user clicks on the section title. Input relevant information about its title using paragraphs or bullet points. Accordions can enhance the user experience when utilized effectively. They allow users to choose what they want to read and disregard the rest. Accordions are often utilized for frequently asked questions (FAQs).

We are able to have our trip in a light rain! We will work with you to discuss options that best fit your class needs if rescheduling is needed.

Absolutely! Please just be sure they are included in your count when we schedule as they will also need a seat on the hayride.
